As our unique t-shirts and hoodies are crafted especially for you through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, our policy reflects the bespoke nature of our products.
Our Commitment to Quality & Your Satisfaction
We stand by the quality of our garments. If there's an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error in fulfillment on our part (e.g., wrong item or print), we'll sort it out for you, no bother.
Returns & Exchanges (When Applicable)
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of any concerns that fall under our quality guarantee.
To be eligible for a replacement or a refund in these cases, your item must meet the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items (Please Read Carefully)
As each item is custom-printed especially for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if:

You've ordered the wrong size, colour, or design by mistake. We strongly encourage you to consult our size guides carefully before placing your order.

The item has been worn, washed, or is not in its original, unworn condition, unless a manufacturing defect becomes apparent upon first wear/wash.
For reasons of hygiene and the custom nature of our products, these items cannot be resold or restocked.
How to Report an Issue for a Replacement or Refund

Replacements & Refunds (for Approved Cases)
If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team and Gelato, we will happily arrange for a complimentary replacement order to be sent to you as quickly as possible. We much prefer to rectify any problems and ensure you're happy with your pride.ie order.
In instances where a replacement is not feasible, or if you prefer, we may offer a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be processed within [Number] business days once the issue has been confirmed.
Shipping Costs

For issues covered by our quality guarantee (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, damage): We will, of course, cover the full costs associated with resolving the issue, including any necessary re-shipping of replacement items. Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll work with Gelato to investigate and arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed at a local post office/depot, a new order will need to be placed. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order and any re-shipping fees. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
